When does the course start?

You can access some course materials right away. Our live session schedule will be adapted to your lecture times so that you don't miss anything.

How long do I have access to my courses?

All course materials and lesson recordings will be available until the end of the last exam for your subject.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you buy a Pro or Premium course and earn your course completion certificates, then you are entitled to a full refund if you fail your course (not just the midterm) given that you have taken all necessary ExamPass courses. Just email us proof of your grade (info@exampass.nl) and you will get your money back immediately. It's that easy.

What are the payment options?

You can pay with iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit card.

The course has already started, can I still sign up?

Yes, if you sign up before October, you get access to all knowledge clips and lesson recordings, which gives you the option to catch up on previous materials at your pace.

Can I cancel my registration after I already bought a course?

After you have had access to all course materials, we cannot allow cancellations.

What if I miss a live lesson?
